MUST COME TO SCHOOL WITH THE MATERIAL AND INFO THAT WILL MAKE THIS POSSIBLE: NOTES, ANNOTATED RESEARCH (THIS MEANS DON’T JUST PRINT 89 PAGES FROM Wikipedia WITHOUT HAVING READ THEM), PICTURES, GRAPHS, etc… YOU MUST UNDERSTAND HOW WHAT WE CURRENTLY DO IN THE US IS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR IDEA, HOW YOUR IDEA WOULD INCREASE VOTER TURNOUT AND WHERE YOUR METHOD IS USED IN OTHER PLACES.

For your bracket you must follow these rules: Rules 1. The “winner” of each matchup must make logical sense. 2. You must have at least one upset on your bracket. 3. On back of bracket explain winners in the semi-finals, finals and your upset.
