Many students mix up the slave trade and the Columbian Exchange. Your job is to create a map for each that will help you remember the important aspects of each. Please include:
1.The routes taken and continents/important countries
2.The important commodities exchanged/traded (you don’t need to write every single good…just the important ones)
3.A small explanation as to the difference between the two (this only needs to be on one map)

and find an interactive map on slide 8 to help you study! We also did some more DBQ practice. Week of Sept. 8 We have a quiz over South America on Thursday (3rd, and 7th hours) and Friday (4th and 6th hours). Here is something to help you study
(use page 47 in your book) we also read about 5 individuals whose ideas (spread through the printing press) changed the world (see slide 4 of the same powerpoint)!
